Personnel Protection Isolator
The Barrier System has been constructed as a negative pressure Isolator with turbulent air
flow and serves to ensure reliable protection when handling highly active substances. In
addition to the usual application areas, such as weighing or sample taking, it is also possible
to integrate process machines, e.g. tablet presses, mixers or mills. The isolator‘s surfaces
can be reliably cleaned with water (WIP).



               

Product Protection Isolator
The overpressure Isolator with LAF recirculation is a Barrier System against environmental
contamination, which protects aseptic filling processes including their loading and unloading
processes, e.g. when using a freeze dryer.
Fast and reliable microbiological surface decontamination prior to this process is achieved
using vaporised hydrogen peroxide (vH2O2).

The overpressure Isolator with LAF recirculation is a Barrier System against environmental
contamination, which protects aseptic filling processes including their loading and unloading
processes, e.g. when using a freeze dryer.
Additional personnel protection is achieved by means of pressure cascades or active
mouse holes and HEPA filters during recirculation in a safe-change version. The isolator‘s

Protection Isolator (Small Batch Filling)
The overpressure Isolator with LAF recirculation is a Barrier System against environmental
contamination, which protects aseptic filling processes including their loading and unloading
processes, e.g. when using a freeze dryer.
The optional personnel protection is achieved by means of pressure cascades or active
mouse holes and HEPA filters during recirculation in a safe-change version. Fast and reliable
microbiological surface decontamination prior to this process is achieved using vaporised
hydrogen peroxide (vH2O2).




                     

Sterility Testing Isolator
The overpressure Isolator with LAF recirculation is a Barrier System for the safe conduct of
sterility tests under product protection or product and personnel protection conditions. Here
an optional Rapid Decon Hatch (RDH) can be connected, which thanks to an extremely short
cycle time supports the continuous transfer of material into the Isolator.
Fast and reliable microbiological surface decontamination prior to this process is achieved by
using vaporised hydrogen peroxide (vH2O2).

A cRABS with LAF recirculation is a Barrier System against environmental contamination,
which protects aseptic filling processes including their loading and unloading processes,
e.g. when using a freeze dryer. As an option, time saving, reliable microbiological surface
decontamination can be realized here by using vaporised hydrogen peroxide (vH2O2).

An oRABS is an active or passive Barrier System with vertical laminar air flow which prevents
environmental contamination and protects aseptic processes, such as the filling or loading
and unloading of freeze dryers.




                    

LAF Booth
LAF booths create a laminar, vertical air flow and thus ensure
the intended product protection.




                  

LAF Weighing Booth
LAF Weighing Booths with air recirculation system have been designed as free workplaces
for the weighing of excipients and active ingredients and for taking samples under product-
and personnel protection conditions. A slight negative pressure in the working area stops
substances from escaping from the area of the LAF Weighing Booth and thus prevents cross
contamination of adjacent areas.





                   

LAF Workbench
LAF Workbenches create laminar, vertical or horizontal air flow and thus ensure the intended
product protection.




            
Sampling Booth
Sampling Booths, as modular house-in-house systems, allow sampling while simultaneously
ensuring product- and personnel protection. Depending on requirements, Sampling Booths
consist of cleanrooms, material locks with high-speed doors, personnel airlocks, conveyor
systems and an integrated LAF recirculation booth.






                 

Drying Oven
Automatic temperature control and the horizontal laminar air flow inside the drying ovens
ensure drying of materials under product protection conditions. Drying Ovens come either
equipped with built-in shelving or ready to accommodate trolleys.
