・The PC control with its modern graphics regulates all the parameters on the Enromat® and in the Thermo-Flow®+ cooling tunnel.

・Unique product requirements can be individually set and saved thereby improving gloss and shelf-life.

 ・Coating station for single or double curtain,vertically and horizontally adjustable, easily removable for cleaning

・ Improved vibratory shaker resulting in the optimization of the vibratory action and cleaner conditions inside the enrober

・ Improved airflow and air distribution guarantee even and accurate blowing across the entire working width

・ Detailer without any straps (patented), easily removable for cleaning and maintenance

・ The blowing tube and the blowing lip can be removed without tools ; temperature control for the blown air is an option


                           
Enromat® M6 Duplex
The Enromat® M6 Duplex consists of two completely separate
enrobing systems in which two different coating masses can be
processed on one line at the same time.
All parameters are adjusted separately.
